In addition to help given by members or groups within KingsHeart Church there are many ways that the local churches support each other to provide various kinds of help:
Counselling
If you need counselling help we know a number of local Christian counsellors (some members of this church) whom we could recommend.
Sozo
Sozo (which in Greek means wholeness in body, soul, and spirit) is a method for helping people resolve often longstanding emotional issues. The leaders at KingsHeart have been fully trained in managing Sozo sessions which typically last 2-3 hours. Sozo does not compete with counselling but can be an effective alternative.
Financial Problems?
We have resources within the church working with the local Christians Against Poverty charity who can provide excellent help.
Homeless
There is a night shelter operated by teams of people from various churches in the Borough to which you can be referred.
Crisis
No food? Foodbanks, to which you can be referred, exist in the Borough. Again, these are run by people from churches in the Borough.
Physical Healing
We believe in praying for physical healing at our church and would love to pray with you.
Our family service begins at 10:30 am and typically includes music, meditation, readings, prayers and a short inspirational sermon.
As a grace filled community we encourage open participation. Before the younger children go to their groups they are involved in the meeting and allowed considerable freedom to move around, sing, dance and even make noise! Fresh coffee is served after the meeting which is a great time to meet others and develop new relationships.
Welcome to KingsHeart. We are a local Romford church who want to play a positive role in building our community and demonstrating God’s heart of love for everyone through the way we live and act.
Hello
Welcome to KingsHeart. We’re a local Romford church who want to play a positive role in building our community and demonstrate God’s heart of love for everyone through the way we live and act.
Everyone’s welcome
We want you to feel at home from the moment you step through the door at KingsHeart. Whether you come on a Sunday morning or turn up for a midweek or special event, you are assured of a warm welcome and a great experience.
What you can expect
Our 10.30am Sunday morning service is relaxed and informal with a band leading us in contemporary musical worship. There is normally a short talk and input from various people in the church family. Why not stay for a freshly brewed coffee and a chat afterwards? We’d love to get to know you better.
Young at heart
Children and young people are at the heart of our family and we want them to feel valued and enjoy the experience at KingsHeart Church. Our Sunday morning programme is intentionally family friendly with a specially tailored programme for 5-11’s and creche facilities for under 5s.
